Low Voltage Branch Joint
The heat-shrink joint for low voltage branching has been manufactured for submerged applications, directly underground or outdoors. We can mention underground networks branching as an example of a typical application. Connectors can be energized immediately after installation.
Once installed, they provide high mechanical resistance, insulation and are completely hermetic to water, humidity and polluting agents. Low voltage branch joints have been designed and tested according to ANSI C119.1 standard (insulated and sealed underground connection systems) for their use with any solid insulation cables and oil-impregnated insulation cables of up to 1000 volts. |
